CRM MCP
Exposes a controlled read and write surface over your CRM so agents can enrich records and draft updates for review.
What this MCP helps an agent do
What it does
The CRM MCP gives agents a narrow, audited path into your customer records: lookups, enrichment, and drafted updates queued for human approval before they land.
Why it matters
Agents that draft — rather than commit — keep a human in the loop for the parts that matter, while still removing the busywork of gathering and structuring the data.
Status
Planned for private beta with selected design partners.
Setup
- Connect the CRM.
- Define which fields the agent may read and draft.
- Configure the approval queue.
Authentication
OAuth against the CRM; scoped to the objects and fields you select.
Permission scopes & access
Read plus draft-write. No direct commits; updates land in a review queue.
Known limitations
Drafted updates expire from the queue after a configurable window.
